Local student’s art showcased at Inala Art Gallery

Collections 2020 is a celebration of year 11 and 12 visual art students showcasing 2D, 3D and Media works from the new curriculum and also a reflection of the year that has been both challenging and thought provoking.

This is the second year that Forest Lake State High School and Glenala State High School have collaborated together with the Inala Art Gallery.

Following the great success of last years exhibition, the two schools hope to make this an annual event to share successes with the local community and encourage growth in the field of creative industries.

The exhibition, which will be on show until 30 January 2021, will show the commitment, artistry and creativity that this region has to offer. All who are interested are invited to see this annual event that shares the success of local young citizens with the community to encourage growth in the field of the creative industries.

The Inala Art Gallery is open from 10am-3pm Tuesday to Saturday and is located at 37 Corsair Avenue, Inala (behind the library). Entry is free and everyone is welcome to come and visit and have a chat.
