The Blue Fin Fishing Club in Inala is excited to announce major renovations will be taking place at their venue over the coming months.
Blue Fin Fishing Club general manager Peter Purins said the renovations would rejuvenate the venue, which was much-loved by the community in Inala and surrounding suburbs.
“Over the coming months, we’ll be breathing new life into our beloved club, with a focus on enhancing our venue and catering to the evolving needs of our community,” he said.
“At the heart of these renovations lies a deep commitment to providing a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone who walks through our doors.
“As we look around our neighbourhood, we see a vibrant tapestry of families, young professionals, and longtime residents who have made Inala their home.
Peter said it was the diverse and dynamic community that inspired Blue Fin to push the boundaries to elevate what was on offer.
“First and foremost, we recognize the importance of family in our community – that’s why we’re most excited to announce the addition of a dedicated family lounge with an attached children’s play area,” Peter said.
“This will be a space where parents can relax and unwind while their children can safely play nearby and let their imaginations run wild.
“With the average age of our suburb hovering around 32, we understand the need to create family-friendly environments where memories can be made and laughter shared.”
Among renovation plans include upgrades for the bar, bistro, and lounge areas.
“Picture this: a sleek and modern sports bar equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, where you can catch all the big games while sipping on your favourite beverage,” Peter said.
“Our kitchen and bistro counter will undergo upgrades to improve efficiency, as well as incorporate a fresh, modern feel.
“Another exciting addition to the bistro will be a rotisserie-style roaster, offering diners the spectacle of watching the day’s roast cooking right before their eyes.”
Stage 1 of the renovation works will commence on April 29 and will extend through to the completion of the major upgrade in the middle of August.
“During this time, we endeavour to offer the same great services, with most of our operations being moved to different areas of the club, both to continue services and make use of our expansive facilities,” Peter said.
