In the shed we are continuing with more of the same, restoring garden benches, making mud kitchens and RSL badge boxes, plus we are making a perspex cover for the Bounty model ship we are raffling.
Tickets can be purchased from the shed for $5 each.
The raffle will be drawn on December 16, and we are proposing an open day for the draw, which everyone will be invited to attend.
Our recycling of cans and bottles is going well, and next month we can take your wine and spirit bottles.
We are also collecting ring pulls off cans to raise funds for the purchase of wheelchairs, so please keep dropping off at the shed. It is much appreciated.
Please remember if you’re a male sitting at home wondering what to get up to, drop down the shed and have a chat, see what we get up to.
We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 12 noon at 25 High St Forest Lake. For more information contact Steve on 0421 520 804.
The Bounty model will be up for winning via a raffle draw on December 16.
