A man has died following a two-vehicle traffic crash at Durack yesterday, May 21.
Initial investigations indicate at 1.30pm, a truck and Mazda were travelling along King Avenue, near Inala Avenue, and were involved in a head-on collision.
The Mazda caught alight as a result of the crash.
The driver of the Mazda sustained critical injuries and declared deceased at the scene.
The driver of the truck sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage is urged to contact police.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations are continuing.
