Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 51-year-old Coochin man who has been missing since yesterday, June 12.
Jason Burn, pictured, was last seen at a shop on Grand Avenue, Forest Lake around 12pm and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Jason’s welfare as his disappearance is out of character, and he has a medical condition that requires medication.
Jason is described as Caucasian, approximately 178cm tall with a solid build, grey hair and wears glasses.
It is believed Jason is travelling in a blue Mazda CX-3 with Queensland registration 911ZIK.
Anyone who has seen Jason, or the Mazda CX-3 he was driving, is urged to immediately contact police.
