The Forest Lake Twilight Market event held on July 12 brought Christmas early to the community, with a Christmas in July themed night at the Forest Lake Sports Field.
The mid-year celebration featured more than 60 local stall holders with a great range of options to browse, including plants, pet products, handmade goods, baked sweets and food trucks.
Entertainment included roaming bubble artists and local singer-songwriter Maisy Taylor.
Local dance studio Allstars Performing Arts based in Ellen Grove performed 10 routines, with Christmas items including It’s Christmas by the Ready Set Dance class and Carol of the Bells by the senior acrobatics troupe.

Several furry friends also joined in the excitement, with families bringing their dogs out on leashes to enjoy the pet-friendly event.
The Forest Lake Markets are held on the second Friday of every month from 5pm – 8pm at the Forest Lake Sports Field on College Avenue. The next one will be on Friday August 9.
