The growing Pallara community came together on Saturday, August 3 at Ausbuild’s Prominence The Grange estate for the local builder and developers Meet the Neighbours event.

The event was an opportunity for current and soon-to-be residents to get a sneak peek of the estate before construction of their new homes commences.

They also had the opportunity to meet Ausbuild’s Construction Team and their future neighbours in the new community they’re helping to build.

Ausbuild’s senior development manager Aaron Delaney said the Meet the Neighbours event played a key role in bringing together the growing Pallara community.

“There was so much excitement in the air seeing the enthusiasm from our new residents who are building their dream homes from the ground up and making memories with their future neighbours,” he said.

“Ausbuild is dedicated to supporting the construction of affordable new homes to young people and growing families, and continuing to build a strong sense of community within Brisbane.

“Most recently, we saw our community celebrate the approval of the Happy Hearts childcare facility on Laxton Road.”

During his time at Ausbuild, Aaron Delaney has helped deliver over 1,100 homes in the Prominence Pallara Community.

As part of these communities, and with the support of investment firm Loney Bell Capital, the builder developer has delivered critical infrastructure to the suburb including sewerage, water, and green spaces.

Ausbuild has also planted well over six thousand native trees and rehabilitated more than five hectares of ecologically significant land throughout the local area, creating greenspaces and walking tracks that will be enjoyed by the community for years to come.
