Forest Lake Shopping Centre celebrated the Year of the Rabbit on Sun Feb 2022.
The centre welcomed traditional lion dance performers for their annual Lunar New Year event at 12:00pm.
The lion dancers also provided blessings to 12 participating retailers, concluding the event at Yoshi Sushi with an extra-long blessing and performance.
On February 20-21, The Lion Richlands also celebrated the Year of the Rabbit for Lunar New Year.
The club’s mascot Leo the Lion was dressed in a traditional outfit, and the seating areas were decorated for the festivities.
Children and families had a great time taking part of the celebrations and capturing photographs with Leo, who also spent the day handing out fortune cookies.
