Our girls had a fantastic weekend at our sleepover at Springwood. We went to Daisy Hill Koala Centre and learned a lot about Koalas and how to look after wildlife.Â
We then went on a short hike and found some beautiful things in nature by doing a colour scavenger hunt.
We finished off the day with archery. Whilst it was a new activity for many girls, they were amazing. It was such a lot of fun. Even our Leaders got in on the archery action!
Saturday night we wore purple in celebration of International Women’s Day. Some girls challenged themselves by sleeping over even though they felt nervous. We are very proud of our girls!!
We are very much looking forward to our next sleepover and camp. We had a very successful night at Blue Fin as we were lucky enough to have one Tuesday night as the recipient of the community fundraising.
