The Heritage Bank Slideshow Award for April was won by Tony Ryder for his photo of a pelican with a fish in its mouth. Congratulations Tony, great catch!
Every month, club members submit photos for a slideshow and then during the following month they vote for three of their favourites. As the winner, Tony will receive an A3+ print of his photo, produced on the club’s printer purchased a few years ago with a very generous grant from the Forest Lake Heritage Bank. Members can have their photos printed for the cost of the paper or canvas.
The club meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:15 pm at the Forest Lake Community Hall and visitors are most welcome. At the last meeting we had a couple of models join us for a photoshoot. The members will send their best photos to the models for their portfolios. We also had an outing in the city to photograph graffiti.
