Mens Shed

We’ve been doing a lot of reparations at the shed lately for community members, including chairs, small tables, repainting bedside tables, and lots of other odd repairs.

We are also still restoring garden benches – to date we have saved 71 benches from landfill.

Our members do Art on Mondays and Thursdays, Cards (500) on Tuesdays and Fridays, and our own modelling group on Wednesday.

In the big shed is where we repair things and make up the benches.

There is always room for new members so if you’re a male looking for something useful to do, come on down and see what we get up to – even if it’s just for a coffee and a chat, you’re welcome.

We meet from Monday to Friday, 8am to 12 noon at 25 High Street, Forest Lake in the car park of Arethusa College.
