News from the 19th Hole – Forest Lake Social Golf Club July Update

loganwestnews    July 10, 2022    2 min read

Thirty members and guests arrived at the Keperra Golf Club on a very chilly morning, all rugged up anxiously waiting to hit the tees.

This was the club’s first game at Keepers, and we were very impressed with the course layout and conditions of the fairways and greens – especially after the February floods. One hole was still under repair, but the rest of the course was magnificent.

Today, we had a competition between the President’s Team and the Secretary’s team, with the Secretary’s team prevailing with an average of 28.08 points to the President’s 28.07 points. A very close result indeed. And the individual prize winners on the day were:

A Grade

Winner – Colin Brooke 36 Points

Runner-up – Dan Parkin 34 Points

B Grade

First – Kirrily Brooke 39 Points

Second – Dani Dvornicich 35 Points
