On November 25 our Lions Club supported Milton Dick MP, Annastacia Palaszczuk MP and Cr Charles Strunk with the BBQ at the Christmas Paw-ty! What a fantastic morning out in the community and surrounded by so many fur-babies.
We love this time of year and of course our annual BBQ at the Forest Lake Heritage Christmas Carols, the weather was perfect, the famous Lions Burger once again proved very popular, as were the sausages with a seemingly never-ending line of people. We once again thank everyone for their support.
We would like to thank our outlets, the Bank of Queensland Forest Lake, the Ramsey Pharmacy Forest Lake and Crossacres Nursery for once again promoting and supporting our Lions cakes. To everyone who bought a cake or pudding, thank you for your support. Money raised from the sale of cakes this year will be used to provide much needed resources to the Forest Lake State High School.
